The moon landing was one of the most historic moments in human history, marking a major milestone in space exploration and scientific advancement. On July 20, 1969, NASA’s Apollo 11 mission successfully landed two astronauts, Neil Armstrong and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin, on the moon’s surface. Armstrong famously declared, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind,” as he took the first steps on the moon.
